ICE 2009 Annual Conference

Registration/Fees: In an effort to maximize participation in these tough economic times, ICE is pleased to announce that we have kept our conference registration fees the same as last year. Coupled with a minimal increase in the hotel room rate, we are confident you will find that this is one of the most affordable health care conferences available!

The registration fees for the various types of conference registration and number of days attending can be found below. The fees include registration, printed conference materials and meals provided during the conference (continental breakfast, breaks and lunch). You can register for the conference on this site through close of business on Friday, December 4, 2009. Please see additional pertinent information below the registration options.

Concurrent Breakout Sessions: If you are attending Day 1 of the conference, you will be required to enter a breakout session choice, so please review the agenda/program description document under the Agenda tab before registering. Please only enter "none" if you do not plan to attend any of the sessions, as we will use the number of registrants for each session to determine what rooms they will be held in. PLEASE NOTE: When you register, you can only choose one session; however, if you choose Session #1A, you can attend Session #1B also and vice versa, as they are in the same room and one hour each instead of two hours like the other sessions. Please review the agenda/program description document under the Agenda tab for more information.

Payment Methods: Payment can be made by credit card or by check/money order (if registering on Friday, December 4, you must bring your check with you when you check in at the conference). Checks or money orders should be made payable to Health Industry Collaboration Effort or HICE (Tax ID #90-0130332) and mailed to: ICE Registrar, 20 Eagle Claw Court, Reno, NV 89523. Please include your registration number on your check. If paying by check or money order, it is preferred to be received within 14 business days of the date of the conference, and must be received prior to the conference.

Confirmation: Upon completing the registration process, you will receive an e-mail confirmation that will serve as your receipt of payment if paying by credit card, or as your invoice to submit to your accounting department if paying by check.

Refund/Substitution Policy: No refunds or credits will be issued once you have registered. Organizations are allowed to substitute attendees for registrants who are unable to attend. Please notify the ICE Conference Registrar of any substitutions in advance whenever possible.

Quantity Discounts: ICE does not offer quantity discounts for multiple attendees from one organization.

Waiver Statement: By attending the ICE Annual Conference, you give ICE permission to use your likeness and voice in ICE marketing materials and conference materials available for sale or for use on our web site.
