Terri Schroeder, R.N., is the head of Regional Quality Management for Aetna. Her responsibilities include credentialing, delegation oversight, HEDIS data collection and maintaining accreditation in HMO markets plus PPO accreditation for all 50 states. Terri has worked at Aetna for 20 years in Utilization Management and Quality Management. Prior to the health plan she worked as a Registered Nurse in hospital and primary care settings. She was elected to serve on the ICE Board in 2009.
