Connie Snyder is a co-founder of ICE, serving as an officer of the corporation until 2005 when she was elected Co-chair of the ICE Team Leadership steering committee. The past six years Ms. Snyder facilitated industry issues with federal and state regulatory agencies. Ms. Snyder coordinated development of the ICE website & has managed ICE training events since their inception in 1999. She currently co-chairs the popular ICE Risk Adjustment Data Acquisition & Reporting (RADAR) Team. Ms. Snyder is the Exec. Vice President of Operations / Compliance Officer for Brand New Day and previously worked for Health Net in Provider Oversight, Compliance, Provider Network Management, Quality Improvement, and Appeals & Grievances. Prior to her work in the health care industry she served as president & CEO of a mid-sized not for profit Olympic sports training center. Ms. Snyder is completing a Masters degree in Business Administration at California Coast University.
