Keith Pugliese is the Privacy Officer and Vice President of Medical Services and Compliance of Brown & Toland Physicians. Mr. Pugliese's responsibilities include leading a key strategic initiative in operating Brown & Toland's coordinated care services to Patients of its clinically integrated community network of private practitioners. Mr. Pugliese is also responsible for implementing statutory and regulatory requirements, both state and federal, that impact the clinically integrated physician network model, as well as being the government relations liaison for Brown & Toland. Additionally, Mr. Pugliese serves as President of the Board of Directors for the Industry Collaboration Effort ("ICE"), and also sits on the California Association of Physician Groups ("CAPG") Public Policy Committee, and participates on the American Medical Group Association’s Public Policy Committee. Mr. Pugliese is Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) by the Healthcare Compliance Certification Board.
