Mike Myers was one of the co-founders of the Industry Collaboration Effort (ICE) in 1998 and was instrumental in facilitating the participation in ICE of both State and Federal regulatory agencies and the development of the ICE web site. Mr. Myers has served as Team Lead, Team Leadership Co-Chair and currently as Director of Agency Relations of ICE, Inc. He has over 20 years experience in Medicare Managed Care and is a recognized expert by both his peers and regulatory agencies. Over the course of his career, Mr. Myers has held senior management positions in some of the largest health plans in California, and is currently the President & Chief Executive Officer for GEMCare Health Plan, Inc. in Bakersfield, California.
