Hotel Reservations: The conference will be held at the beautiful Grand Hyatt Indian Wells Resort & Villas at 44-600 Indian Wells Lane in Indian Wells.

There are a limited number of rooms in the HICE room block, so it is suggested that reservations be made as soon as possible to secure the discounted rate of $239 per night (single/double occupancy) plus State and local tax. The Resort Fee has been waived for HICE, and day-only and overnight self-parking has been reduced to $15.

A reduced sleeping room rate will be offered up to 2 days before and 2 days after the Conference, based on availability at the time of the request.

The cut-off date for the HICE room block is November 17, 2025, or when the room block has been completely booked, whichever occurs first. Reservations can be made by calling the hotel at 877-803-7534 or can be made on-line by using the following reservation link:

Hotel Room Deposit: A deposit equal to one night’s stay for each of the confirmed rooms will be due from individuals attending the meeting/event 14 days after room is confirmed by the Hotel but no later than the cutoff date specified above. All deposits for individual room reservations are fully refundable if a room is canceled 72 hours or more prior to arrival date. Personal checks, money orders or a valid American Express, Diners Club, Visa or Mastercard number and expiration date will be needed for the deposit.

ALASKA AIRLINES DISCOUNT CODE:

Alaska Airlines is offering a discount for HICE attendees! The booking code can be found in your conference registration confirmation email.

To use your Discount Code, go online to https://www.alaskaair.com and input the Discount Code when searching for flights. The discount will be applied to any flights meeting the contract parameters. By clicking the “?” next to the discount code box after entering the code you may view a detailed description of the rules.

You and your guests may also use the Discount Code by calling Alaska Airlines Group Desk; however, a $15.00 per person service fee will apply.
