Delilah Samson, RN, MPH, brings over 40 years of experience in the healthcare industry. As a Program Manager at Anthem Blue Cross in Medical Management, she focuses on regulatory and accreditation compliance, quality and process enhancement, and clinical project management. Her diverse background includes roles as Hospital Risk Management Director, Nursing Quality Improvement Director, and NICU/Maternal Health staff nurse. A founding participant in HICE, she has led multiple teams and presented at their workshops and conferences. Currently, Delilah serves as a Director on the HICE Board and Lead of the QI-UM Team.
