Jemmé Durrow is the Senior Manager of Network Compliance at Blue Shield of California. Jemmé facilitates the management of regulatory and quality compliance surveys and related reporting activities. Jemmé has been with Blue Shield of California for more than twenty-three years and is recognized as a subject matter expert on Timely Access Reporting (TAR) and network adequacy requirements. For the past ten years Jemmé has co-led the Health Industry Collaboration Effort (HICE) DMHC Access Regulations Team and Workgroup. In her downtime, Jemmé participates in several community and outreach programs for Blue Shield of California including Operation Vet, Shield Cares and Women Lead to Excellence.
