Claims subject matter experts from the AB 3275 Workgroup will walk attendees through the DMHCā€™s APL 25-007 guidance implementing Assembly Bill 3275, which introduces important changes to claim reimbursement timeliness standards and interest penalty calculations for claims received on or after January 1, 2026. Attendees will gain a clear understanding of the new 30-calendar-day requirement, how it differs from the legacy 45-working-day standard, and how to apply the updated interest penalty rules
