LOOKING FOR HEALTH PLAN-SPECIFIC LETTER TEMPLATES? Participating health plans that have confirmed the templates have been reviewed to determine regulatory compliance are able to use a self-service web-based tool to upload their health plan-specific templates here.

CODED DIVISION OF FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY (DOFR) TOOL FOR HEALTH PLAN-PROVIDER CONTRACTING - The HICE DOFR has been updated through June of 2021 and is available for use. To access the DOFR registration system, you need to be logged into your HICE website account (don't have one? Click the "Join HICE" button on the home page), and once logged in, you will see the “Coded DOFR” menu option where you will find a DOFR fact sheet and be able to request access to the DOFR and download it.

HICE ONLINE TRAINING SYSTEM SESSIONS NOW AVAILABLE! - HICE is pleased to announce that an online training system is now available through the HICE website. To access the training modules, click on the "Training" button on the home page for publicly available modules or log into your HICE website account where you can view additional modules (once logged in, you will see the “Training” menu option).
