IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING HOTEL RESERVATIONS - PLEASE READ BEFORE REGISTERING: The ICE hotel room block is now closed. Please be advised that the room option types are very limited and the event hotel may no longer have guest rooms available on certain nights. Please click on the "Hotel Information" link and make sure you can secure hotel accommodations before registering for the conference.

Registration/Fees: The links for the conference registration options and number of days attending, along with any associated fees, can be found below. ICE has once again been able to keep the registration fees the same as last year, making this conference an exceptional value. The fees include registration, meals provided during the conference (continental breakfast, breaks and lunch) and conference materials*. Registration for the conference will be available on this site through 11:00 a.m. (PT) on Wednesday, November 13, 2013.

* Conference Materials: In response to feedback on past conference evaluations, ICE is once again making an effort to be more "green" so speaker bios, presentations and session handouts will not be pre-printed and provided at the conference. A conference portfolio or bag with the conference agenda, evaluation forms and some additional documents related to the conference will be provided.

Conference materials will be posted on the ICE website for download as they become available should you prefer to print out session materials prior to the conference (instructions for how to do that will be provided in your registration confirmation e-mail). Print stations will also be available onsite at the conference.

Concurrent Breakout Sessions (Day 1 only; there are no breakout sessions on Day 2): If you are attending Day 1 of the conference, you will be required to enter breakout session choices. Please review the agenda under the Agenda tab prior to registering.

2. CMS, DMHC or DHCS Staff Registration
      Both Days - 11/14 & 11/15/13 $200.00
      Day 1 Only - Thursday, 11/14/13 $100.00

3. Presenter Registration
      Both Days - 11/14 & 11/15/13

Payment Methods: Payment can be made by credit card or by check/money order. Checks or money orders should be made payable to Health Industry Collaboration Effort or HICE (Tax ID #90-0130332) and mailed to: ICE Registrar, 20 Eagle Claw Court, Reno, NV 89523. Please include your registration number on the check. If paying by check or money order, it is preferred that it be received within 14 business days of the date of the conference (by Thursday, October 24, 2013), and must be received prior to the conference (no later than Tuesday, November 12, 2013).

Confirmation/Invoice/Receipt: Upon completing the registration process, you will receive an e-mail confirmation that will serve as your receipt of payment if paying by credit card, or as an invoice to submit to your accounting department if paying by check. The confirmation notice contains information on how to access conference materials, so please review it.

Refund/Substitution Policy: No refunds or credits will be issued once you have registered. Organizations are allowed to substitute attendees for registrants who are unable to attend. Please notify the ICE Conference Coordinator of any substitutions in advance whenever possible.

Quantity Discounts: ICE does not offer quantity discounts for multiple attendees from an organization.

Waiver Statement: By attending the ICE Annual Conference, you give ICE permission to use your likeness and voice in ICE marketing materials and conference materials available for sale or for use on our website.
