PLEASE READ BEFORE REGISTERING - Important Information Regarding Hotel Availability

Please be advised that there is very limited availability at the event hotel as well as other area hotels due to a large convention in San Francisco. If you require overnight accommodations, please ensure you are able to secure them prior to registering for the conference.

Registration Fees / NO INCREASE FROM 2018 PRICES!: The conference registration options and number of days attending, along with any associated fees, can be found below. The fees include registration, meals provided during the conference (continental breakfast, breaks and lunch) and conference materials*.



DISCOUNTED REGISTRATION OPTIONS:

Please review the various discounted registration options for eligibility criteria prior to registering. You will have to repeat the process if you register incorrectly, and no refunds or credits will be issued once registration and payment has been completed. This includes, but is not limited to, circumstances in which payment is made under the standard registration option, but the registrant was eligible for a discounted registration option.

Group/Quantity Discounts: ICE does not offer discounts for multiple attendees from an organization.



Discounted Registration Fees for Health Plans and Provider Organizations That Provided 2019 Funding for ICE:

In appreciation of their support, ICE is pleased to be able to offer registration discounts to health plan and provider organizations that contributed funds to the ICE 2019 operating budget. Please see below for specific information:

Those who are employed by the following organizations can use the "2019 Contributing Health Plan" registration options below (Aetna, Anthem, CalViva, Cigna, Community Care Health Plan, Easy Choice Health Plan, Health Net, Inc., Humana, Inland Empire Health Plan, Providence Health Plans, SCAN Health Plan, Scripps Health Plan Services, Sharp Health Plan, Sutter Health Plan, UnitedHealthcare)

Those who are employed by the following organizations can use the "2019 Contributing Provider" registration options below (Brown & Toland Physicians, Dignity Health, John Muir Health, Key Medical Group, NAMM California, Scripps Physicians Medical Group, Sharp Community Medical Group, Sharp Rees-Stealy Medical Centers, Sharp Rees-Stealy Medical Group, Southern California Physicians Managed Care Services)



Discounted Registration Fees for Current ICE Team/Workgroup Leaders/Co-Leaders Who Are Not Presenting:

ICE would not be able to bring the value that it does to the healthcare industry without the significant efforts and contributions of those volunteers who step up to lead/co-lead ICE teams and workgroups. To express appreciation for these dedicated individuals and their organizations, ICE is pleased to be able to offer a 20% discount on standard registration for any current ICE workgroup/team leader who is able to attend the conference but will not be presenting, as conference fees are waived for presenters.

Those who are eligible can use the "Current ICE Team/Workgroup Leader Registration / Non-Presenter" registration options below (if you are unsure if you are eligible, please contact the ICE Conference Coordinator at admin@iceforhealth.org prior to registering).



* Conference Materials: Speaker bios, presentations and session handouts will not be pre-printed and provided at the conference. A conference tote bag will be provided with some documents related to the conference and print stations will also be available onsite at the conference.

Wi-Fi access will be available in the meeting space and ICE will once again be using a mobile conference app, which will include the agenda, speaker bios and session presentations, to provide a more interactive conference experience. There will also be a website associated with the app where materials can be downloaded just prior to the conference. Payment Methods: Payment can be made by credit card or by check/money order. Checks or money orders should be made payable to Health Industry Collaboration Effort or HICE and mailed to: Industry Collaboration Effort (ICE) Conference Registrar, 11260 Donner Pass Road, Suite C1, PMB 361, Truckee, CA 96161. Please include your registration number on the check. If paying by check or money order, it is preferred that it be received within 14 business days of the date of the conference (by Tuesday, November 19, 2019), and it must be received prior to the conference (no later than Friday, December 6, 2019).

Confirmation/Invoice/Receipt: Upon completing the registration process, you will receive an e-mail confirmation from eventreg@iceforhealth.org. The confirmation notice contains information on how to access conference materials, so please review it. The e-mail confirmation can serve as an invoice if needed to submit to your accounting department when paying by check. If paying by credit card, in addition to the e-mail confirmation from ICE, a receipt from the ICE credit card processor, Authorize.Net, will be sent to the e-mail address provided for the billing information.

Refund/Substitution Policy: No refunds or credits will be issued once you have registered and paid, including if you registered under the standard registration option but were eligible for a discounted option. Organizations are allowed to substitute attendees for registrants who are unable to attend. Please notify the ICE Conference Coordinator of any substitutions in advance whenever possible.
