We are pleased to announce that the ICE Board of Directors has approved offering these virtual conference sessions with no fee required for registration.

Please note that you may incur long-distance phone charges if calling in to the toll number to hear the audio. If your computer is configured to play audio through speakers or headphones, you will be able to listen to the webinar directly from your computer and will not need to dial in using the toll number that will be provided. Depending on computer speaker quality, the sound may vary and you may need to call in to hear the webinar if you have audio difficulties using your computer.

ICE intends to also offer integrated online training versions of these modules as well as audio podcasts 4-6 weeks after the virtual conference barring any unforeseen technical issues.

By registering for any or all sessions, you submit your information to the webinar organizer, who will use it to communicate with you regarding this event and their other services.

For promotional and educational purposes, there will be videography taking place during the Annual Conference. Photographs, audio and/or video taken at the Annual Conference by ICE, or others on behalf of ICE, may include your voice, image or likeness. By registering for the Annual Conference, you agree that ICE, or organizations associated with ICE (including sponsors), may use any such photographs, audio and/or video, including those that may contain your voice, image or likeness, for any purpose in perpetuity, without any compensation to you, and you release ICE from all liability or demands for compensation related thereto.

By submitting registration details, registrants agree to allow ICE, and organizations associated with ICE, to contact them or use such details. Additionally, registrants agree that their information (including but not limited to name, job title, organization, and contact information, including but not limited to email address) may be listed on the attendee list which may be distributed to attendees, speakers and sponsors of the Annual Conference.
