REGISTRATION FOR THIS EVENT IS NOW CLOSED.

If you registered for this event but did not complete the second step of registering with GoToWebinar, as noted in the confirmation e-mail you received upon registering with HICE, you will need to do so in order to get the link to access today’s live event. Several reminder e-mails were sent to those registrants who did not complete this process and assistance is not available today due to the live event being underway.

Payment Methods: Payment can be made by credit card or by check/money order. Checks or money orders should be made payable to Health Industry Collaboration Effort or HICE and mailed to: Health Industry Collaboration Effort (HICE) Conference Registrar, 11260 Donner Pass Road, Suite C1, PMB 361, Truckee, CA 96161. Please include your registration number on the check. If paying by check or money order, it is preferred that it be received within 10 business days of the date of the conference (by Wednesday, November 23, 2022), and it must be received prior to the conference (no later than Tuesday, December 6, 2022).

Confirmation/Invoice/Receipt: Upon completing the registration process, you will receive an e-mail confirmation from eventreg@iceforhealth.org. The confirmation notice contains information on how to complete the second step of registration and access conference materials, so please review it. The e-mail confirmation can serve as an invoice if needed to submit to your accounting department when paying by check. If paying by credit card, in addition to the e-mail confirmation from HICE, a receipt from the HICE credit card processor, Authorize.Net, will be sent to the e-mail address provided for the billing information.

Refund/Substitution Policy: No refunds or credits will be issued once you have registered and paid, including if you registered under the standard registration option but were eligible for a waived or discounted option. Organizations are allowed to substitute attendees for registrants who are unable to attend. Please contact the HICE Conference Registrar for instructions on how to process the substitution in advance of the event.

HICE ANNUAL CONFERENCE REGISTRATION AND ATTENDANCE POLICY

By registering for this event, you submit your information to the webinar organizer, who will use it to communicate with you regarding the event and their other services.

For promotional and educational purposes, there may be videography taking place during the Annual Conference. Photographs, audio and/or video taken at the Annual Conference by HICE, or others on behalf of HICE, may include your voice, image or likeness. By registering for the Annual Conference, you agree that HICE, or organizations associated with HICE (including sponsors), may use any such photographs, audio and/or video, including those that may contain your voice, image or likeness, for any purpose in perpetuity, without any compensation to you, and you release HICE from all liability or demands for compensation related thereto.

By submitting registration details, registrants agree to allow HICE, and organizations associated with HICE, to contact them or use such details. Additionally, registrants agree that their information (including but not limited to name, job title, organization, and contact information, including but not limited to email address) may be listed on the attendee list which may be distributed to attendees, speakers and sponsors of the Annual Conference.
