CONFERENCE MOBILE APP:

HICE will once again be using a branded mobile conference app where attendees can access the agenda, speaker bios, session presentations, evaluation forms, maps and more!

Information on how to access the app will be provided by e-mail to registrants once it becomes available.

MEETING MATERIALS:

Speaker bios, presentations and session handouts will not be pre-printed and provided at the conference. Attendees can view all of that and more using the conference mobile app, which will also be available on the web. A conference tote bag will be provided with some documents related to the conference. Print stations will not be available onsite at the conference - attendees who would like paper copies of presentations should print them prior to the event.
