Yolanda Morris is the Director of Delegated Health Plan Compliance for Providence Medical Foundation. She oversees compliance for delegated functions within California related to regulatory and health plan audits and reporting, and other compliance issues. She collaborates with the Chief Compliance Officer, division leadership, and others to provide statewide direction on long-term planning and leadership of the Providence Compliance Program with focus on delegated health plan compliance, to support an integrated program that promotes identification of risks, establishes a framework, directs processes to detect and prevent non-compliant behavior, and promotes ethical conduct consistent with regulatory requirements and Providence policies and procedures. Yolanda serves as Co-leader of the HICE Appeals & Grievances Improvement Team (2016) and HICE Team Leadership Co-Chair (2024). She has published articles in Compliance Today Magazine and holds a Certificate in Healthcare Compliance.
