Yolanda Morris is the Director of Delegated Health Plan Compliance for Providence Medical Foundation. In her role, she oversees regulatory compliance for the delegated functions within the region related to regulatory audits, health plan audits, regulatory reporting, and compliance issues. In collaboration with the Chief Compliance Officer and other appropriate administrators and local and system committees, provides regional leadership and direction on long-range planning and leadership of the Providence Compliance Program as it relates to delegated health plan compliance. Recommends and implements an integrated program that will promote the identification of risks, establish the framework, direct the processes to detect and prevent non-compliant behavior and promote ethical and lawful conduct that is consistent with that which is required by regulatory agencies and Providence policies and procedures. Yolanda holds a Certificate in Healthcare Compliance.
