Linda Baker is a seasoned healthcare executive with over 30 years of leadership in medical management within the managed care industry. As the Director of Medical Management at MedPartners MSO, Inc. (a subsidiary of Clinicas del Camino Real, Inc.), she oversees clinical operations for a large Medi-Cal and Medicare population, managing preauthorization, care coordination/case management, quality assurance, and compliance. Linda has led numerous system enhancements that drive growth and operational efficiency, improving operational workflows and ensuring regulatory compliance. She has led large teams HealthNet/Centene, Anthem, and Ventura County Health Care Plan, where she streamlined processes, and developed strategies that enhanced service delivery and quality. She brings expertise in Medi-Cal, Medicare, and Commercial lines, with a strong focus on compliance with DHCS, DMHC, CMS, and NCQA standards, to her position as co-leader of the HICE Service Determination Standardization team.
