Susan (Suki) Ewers is Credentialing Lead Analyst/Compliance and Accreditation for Evernorth Health Services, a division of The Cigna Group. She supports the compliance, accreditation, and delegated credentialing oversight activities nationally. She has been with the company since 2001. She serves as a subject matter expert in accreditation and regulatory requirements including the NCQA standards and various state and federal regulations. She has performed delegated credentialing oversight activities in California since 2002 and nationally since 2007. Suki participates on several HICE teams. She has been a Co-Team Lead for the California HICE Credentialing Policy Team since 2017, a Co-Team Lead of the NW HICE Credentialing Policy Team since 2015 and previously served as a Co-Team Lead for the California HICE Clarification Work Group 2008-2012.
