Kristin Rodriguez is the Director of Medicare Risk Adjustment Compliance for Alignment Health, a company focused on providing population health management services to health systems and provider groups across the country. Ms. Rodriguez has more than 30 years’ experience in the industry, having owned and operated a billing service company and serving as office manager in private practice, coder, compliance auditor, educator and documentation improvement specialist for various companies over the years. She has worked at private offices, consulting firms and health plans, giving her exposure to all areas in the industry. Kristin has contributed to blog posts and articles regarding HCC coding. She served as Chapter President for a local chapter of AAPC and on the Chapter Association Board of Directors for AAPC, the nation's largest medical coding training and certification association for medical coders and medical coding jobs.
