Mei Ling Christopher, BSN, RN, is the Manager of Delegate Management and Credentialing Oversight at UnitedHealthcare, overseeing credentialing for more than 730 delegated provider organizations. With over 30 years of healthcare experience, she is a recognized expert in accreditation and regulatory compliance. Mei Ling began her UnitedHealthcare career in Care Coordination and Prior Authorization and now chairs the enterprise credentialing plan team. She was appointed Team Leadership Co-Chair in 2022 after serving ten years as Co-Lead of the California HICE Credentialing Policy Team, where she helped expand its model to three additional markets. A Registered Nurse, she holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Arts and is known for her leadership in driving quality and compliance in provider credentialing.
