Yolanda Morris is the Director of Delegated Health Plan Compliance for Providence Medical Foundation. She oversees regulatory audits, reporting, and compliance issues for delegated functions across California. In partnership with compliance leadership and system committees, she provides statewide guidance on long-range planning and regulatory alignment. Yolanda leads the development of integrated programs that promote ethical conduct and compliance with regulatory requirements and Providence policies. A passionate, transformational leader, she has presented at past Healthcare Industry Collaboration Conferences and serves as a HICE Board Member, Provider Organization Co-Chair, and Appeals & Grievance Team Co-Lead. Yolanda is also a published author in Compliance Today magazine and holds a Certificate in Healthcare Compliance.
