Holly Salayon is a Clinical Delegation Oversight Consultant in the Clinical Business Performance Oversight department at UnitedHealthcare (UHC). Since joining UHC in 2012 as a Clinical Coverage Review Prior Authorization Nurse for Medicaid, she has expanded her expertise across Medicare and Commercial lines of business. Holly’s experience in universe validation, case prep, and audits led to her role in delegation oversight, where she provides guidance, clinical expertise, and support to delegated entities and UCS Clinical Teams. She ensures compliance with operational, regulatory, accreditation, and compliance standards to mitigate risk, streamline processes, and improve healthcare outcomes. Previously, she participated in Health Industry Collaboration Effort (HICE) UM Required Reports Team meetings and UHC workgroups. She now joins Linda Baker as Team Co-Lead on the Service Determination Standardization Team.
