Claude Houston serves as the Director of Claims, EDI for the California MSO at Providence. With more than 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry, she brings deep expertise across Managed Care, Network Relations, Contracting, Revenue Cycle and Recovery, Quality Programs, and Practice Management. Throughout her career, Claude has been recognized for her focus on strong relationship building and effective change implementation. As a member of the HICE Encounter Standardization Team, she is committed to identifying and resolving shared pain points, addressing emerging compliance requirements related to encounter submission and processing, and driving standardization across payers and delegates. Her work supports regulatory alignment and enhances provider education, enabling more consistent workflows and reducing encounter rejections from providers through to regulatory bodies.
