Rikki has been in the health care industry for over 30 years. She has extensive knowledge and experience with Claims, Delegation Oversight, Internal Audit and Compliance Oversight as it is related to State and Federal Regulations. She has worked at Molina Health Care, Inc, Elevance (Anthem), along with Medical Groups/MSO and Hospitals. Rikki’s current role with Blue Shield of California and Blue Shield Promise Health Plan is Manager for Claims/Compliance Delegation Oversight. Rikki has been actively involved with HICE as a Team Co-Lead of the HICE Claims Standardization Team since 2007 along with co-leading the HICE Health Plan Sub Workgroup team. Rikki is an active participant on the HICE Compliance Delegated Entity Compliance Audit Workgroup, HICE Compliance Team and HICE Compliance IT System Integrity and Security Audit Workgroup.
