Message:	We are excited to announce that the HICE 2.0 website platform upgrade is going live on Monday, June 8! This includes visual and functional updates designed to enhance the user experience, along with intuitive site navigation, enhanced search capabilities to easily find what you are looking for, and a more streamlined, modernized user interface. WHAT TO EXPECT Slight Downtime - As part of this transition, the website will be unavailable during non-business hours on Friday, June 5, 2026, while the cutover takes place. The new website is expected to be available for use on June 8, 2026, barring any unforeseen technical issues. Account Access / Complete a One-Time Password Reset to Access HICE 2.0 - To reclaim an existing HICE account on the new platform, previous users will need to: Enter your previously used HICE email Complete a one-time password reset to access HICE 2.0, as your previous password will no longer work User accounts/data/previous tool access, if any, will remain available after completing the login process (tools can now be found under the “Tools” drop-down menu on the Home page) Step-by-Step Guidance - A step-by-step login guide can be accessed (once the 2.0 website has launched) here to help walk you through this one-time process. You can also find a quick overview video of the new features and navigation of HICE 2.0 on the home page once the new platform is available. Unavailable HICE Tools / Resources – the following tools and resources will be temporarily unavailable due to the HICE website transition and are expected to be restored soon – thank you for your patience and understanding as we complete this process: Health Plan-Specific Letter Template Upload Tool - current users of this tool will receive a direct broadcast message explaining how to request a letter template upload until the tool becomes available again. Secure Library Folders - if you currently have access to any secure library folders and need to access something before these folders are restored, please contact admin@iceforhealth.org for assistance. Online Training Materials/Videos – this area of the website will be undergoing some revisions, and a broadcast message will be sent when access to this, and the other currently unavailable tools and resources, are restored. We are excited for our members to experience this next chapter of the HICE website, and we look forward to your feedback once you have had a chance to check out the capabilities of the improved site!
