We apologize for any inconvenience anyone may have encountered when trying to register. Discounted Registration Options: there are some discounted registration options for health plans and provider organizations that provided 2018 funding for ICE and for current ICE Team/Workgroup Leads who are not presenting at the conference, so please be sure and take advantage of these discounted rates if you are eligible. Conference Presenter & Sponsor/Exhibitor Registration: presenters and sponsors/exhibitors will be contacted separately by the ICE Conference Coordinator regarding the registration process and other information. Sponsorship & Exhibitor Opportunities: a few exhibitor spaces are still available in the main exhibit area for this event, so if you would like to receive a copy of the sponsorship/exhibitor prospectus, please contact the ICE Conference Coordinator at admin@iceforhealth.org.
