CONFERENCE MOBILE APP:

Wi-Fi access will be available in the meeting space and HICE will once again be using a mobile conference app, which will include the agenda, speaker bios and session presentations, to provide a more interactive conference experience. There will also be a website associated with the app where materials can be downloaded just prior to the conference. Information on how to access these features can be found at the following link once it becomes available:

MEETING MATERIALS:

Speaker bios, presentations and session handouts will not be pre-printed and provided at the conference. Attendees can view all of that and more using the conference mobile app, which will also be available on the web. A conference tote bag will be provided with some documents related to the conference. Print stations will not be available onsite at the conference - attendees who would like paper copies of presentations should print them prior to the event.
