GENERAL REGISTRATION INFORMATION:

Registration Fees / Discounted Options - the conference registration options and number of days attending, along with any associated fees or discounts, can be found below.

When Registration Will Close - online registration will be available through 6:00 PM (PT) on Friday, December 5, 2025.

Group/Quantity Discounts - HICE does not offer discounts for multiple attendees from an organization.

Registering Multiple Attendees: Multiple attendees from one organization cannot be registered as a group. Each person must be registered individually.

What Registration Fees Include - the fees include registration, industry tradeshow exhibits, meals provided during the conference (continental breakfast, breaks and lunch), extensive networking opportunities and conference materials*.
Note: Hotel reservations are not included and must be made separately - see the "Hotel Information" tab for more information.

DISCOUNTED REGISTRATION OPTIONS:

Please review the various discounted registration options for eligibility criteria prior to registering. You will have to repeat the process if you register incorrectly, and no refunds or credits will be issued once registration and payment has been completed. This includes, but is not limited to, circumstances in which payment is made under the standard registration option, but the registrant was eligible for a discounted registration option.

Discounted Registration Fees for a Current Team Leader or Co-Leader of a HICE Team/Workgroup Who Are Not Presenting:

HICE would not be able to bring the value that it does to the healthcare industry without the significant efforts and contributions of those volunteers who step up to lead/co-lead HICE teams and workgroups. To express appreciation for these dedicated individuals and their organizations, HICE is pleased to be able to offer a 20% discount on standard registration for any current HICE workgroup/team leader who is able to attend the conference but will not be presenting, as conference fees are waived for presenters (please note that this option does not apply to team members/participants, only to those leading/co-leading HICE teams and workgroups).

Those who are eligible can use the Current Leader or Co-Leader/Non Presenter" (option #7) registration options below.

* Conference Materials: Speaker bios, presentations and session handouts will not be pre-printed and provided at the conference. A conference tote bag will be provided with some documents related to the conference. Print stations will not be available onsite at the conference - attendees who would like paper copies of presentations should print them prior to the event.

Wi-Fi access will be available in the meeting space and HICE will once again be using a mobile conference app, which will include the agenda, speaker bios and session presentations, to provide a more interactive conference experience. There will also be a website associated with the app where materials can be downloaded just prior to the conference. Please review additional information, including check payment processing instructions, below the registration options section prior to registering, and be sure and click on the correct registration button below. HICE reserves the right to review any registration at their discretion to ensure any discount criteria that may be used applies, and you will have to repeat the process if you register incorrectly:

Payment Methods: Payment can be made by credit card or by check - you will choose your preferred option during the registration process. Checks MUST BE RECEIVED BY NOVEMBER 7, 2025, and should be made payable to Health Industry Collaboration Effort or HICE and mailed to 3419 Via Lido #429, Newport Beach, CA 92663. Please include your registration number on the check.

If payment is NOT received within 15 business days of the date of the conference, you will be informed by e-mail. You will have two options: Option 1 - Re-registering to pay by credit card which forfeits any early bird rates and pays at current registration pricing, or Option 2 - Bring the check to the conference to gain admittance.

Confirmation/Receipt: Upon completing the registration process, you will receive an e-mail confirmation from admin@iceforhealth.net. The confirmation notice contains information on how to access conference materials and other important information, so please review it. For credit card payments, in addition to the e-mail confirmation from HICE, a receipt from the HICE credit card processor, Authorize.Net, will be sent to the e-mail address provided for the billing information.

Refund/Substitution Policy: No refunds or credits will be issued once you have registered and paid, including if you registered under the standard registration option but were eligible for a discounted option. Organizations are allowed to substitute attendees for registrants who are unable to attend. Please notify admin@iceforhealth.org of any attendance substitutions in advance whenever possible.
